Level and Quality of Service
In our experience the quality and level of service is unsurpassed. As we are a busy firm, we appreciate it very much when we can simply make one phone call requesting that an inspection be carried out and be assured that it will be done in a timely manner and that all aspects will be conducted in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.

Once we make the initial request of QCON, Bob then arranges with all concerned parties to conduct the inspection at a mutually convenient time. Bob conducts a thorough inspection regardles of the time taken to do so. His attention to detail is incomparible. It is his practise to provide his client with feedback as the inspection progresses, to explaining the findings and to provide his client with options as to how the client may wish to proceed.

Following the inspection, Bob then produces and presents a comprehensive and professionally prepared report. During any stage of the process, it is Bob’s practise to take time to answer questions thus ensuring that he has conveyed a good understanding of his findings. It has been our experience that Bob will also, if requested, arrange with the local authority to inspect records to ensure that all construction at the property has been carried out with the necessary approvals. Bob’s depth of knowledge of the building industry and his up-to-date knowledge of the changes in the building code instils an increased level of confidence in his professionalism.

Whilst Bob performs his work meticulously, we have found him to maintain fairness and balance when reporting his findings and to report objectively. Our firm woudl have no hesitation in recommending QCON to anyone requiring the services of a building inspector.
